We are happy to accommodate a Green and Sustainable set for a small fee.

Something’s Cooking is a full-service catering company. We have a 5,000 square foot kitchen located in Long Island City, as well as four mobile kitchens or grills with a chef to make hot breakfasts where trucks are not feasible. We do our own baking and purvey our products fresh daily.

Choose a Meal

Our meals are served using glass plates and stainless steel flatware whenever possible. We encourage you to select the menu that will meet your crew’s needs.
Our staff has a great deal of experience with the needs of the film industry. We are always interested in your crew's input into their specific likes, dislikes and dietary requirements. We can help you plan a menu that meets your budget and needs. For your convenience, tables, chairs, and linens are available for a fee.

Breakfast

All breakfasts include coffee, decaf, tea, orange juice, fresh fruit, and an assortment of bagels, bialys, croissants, donuts, danishes, hot and cold cereal, and condiments. Espresso and cappuccino are also available. In addition to the above, hot breakfast includes:

Lunch or Dinner

This option includes three entrees, a starch, vegetable, several salads, breads, dessert, condiments, and coffee setup. The third entree is $1.00 per person.

Hot Breakfast & Lunch Package

  • 40 Person minimum
  • $46.00 + fees depending on the crew size

Fees & Charges

  • $50.00 Gas Surcharge on All Local Jobs
  • $300.00 Surcharge for Meals Served from 12:00 a.m.–5:00 a.m.
  • $150.00 Gas & Toll Fee per Day for Service Outside of New York City
  • Longer & Larger Projects Will Be Given Special Consideration
  • A Cancellation Fee Will Be Charged on All Booked Meals
