Our COVID Catering Plan

Our staff will have been tested. Our trucks and kitchen have been disinfected and cleaned thoroughly.
 We will supply disposable gloves, (that must be worn as the crew go through the line) and hand sanitizer, we can lend you a no contact thermometer to take your crew temperature. Our crew will have face guards and masks. Your crew will be required to wear masks and keep the social distance of 6 feet as they go through to get their meals.
We will follow City or State guide lines.
We can have sneeze guards at the buffet.
There will be a hand sanitizing station.
We will have a minimum of 3 of our staff serving for hot meals

Breakfast:
A table will be set up with coffee, tea, juices, cold cereals, fruit cup, yogurt, (individually wrapped). 
For the hot breakfast buffet a table will be set up and your crew can order (menus will be supplied each day), our staff will pass off the meal.
Lunch :
 A table will be set up with coffee & tea. Will your craft person handle beverages? The hot buffet lunch will be set up like the hot breakfast and the crew can order from the lunch menu and the staff will serve.
